Do you offer one-on-one sessions or group classes?
We offer both! While you can request one-on-one sessions, our group classes are still limited to a MAXIMUM of only 3 students per tutors, ensuring that even in a group class your child gets the most individual attention.
What happens if my child misses a session?
No worries at all. You will have access to the number of classes in your plan, and can also request to reschedule your classes in advance.
Will my child get homework or practice materials after class?
Absolutely. Both the students and the parents have access to our Resource Library, which contains a wide range of worksheets, practice problems, and example materials so that learning can continue even after their sessions!
Can tutors help with school homework or exam prep?
Absolutely. Our Tutors are trained to teach both the class materials, while also ensuring individual needs of the students are met.
How much does Noor Tutor cost?
At Nor Tutor, we do not believe that tutoring should cost an-arm-and-a-leg.Our flexible pricing and plans go for as low as $14/hour, including rewards and cashback that you can continue to use for future classes.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can. You can pause your plan temporarily, and you will still have access to the remainder of the classes in your plan after your resume classes.
Do you offer a free trial or demo session?
Yes! Simply sign up and add classes, and 2 weeks worth of free classes will be added to your account.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely no hidden fees or registration fees. You pay only for the classes you will use.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes you can. You can upgrade your plan to take advantage of discounted rates for longer term plans, and the difference will be prorated accordingly.
How do I access class notes or recordings after the session?
All class notes and resources will be available in the Resource Library
What if my child needs extra help in a specific area?
You can always request an additional session with your tutor at your preferred time, for any extra help you may need.
